Shipping Information All orders are dispatched from our facility in Guangzhou, China. Shipping is charged by parcel weight and is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States and to the following international destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Cost Shipping is calculated by parcel weight, so the exact cost depends on what you order. The final amount is always shown at checkout before payment. As a guide, the first weight band starts at $25.00 for Standard Shipping and $33.00 for Express Shipping to the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on the carrier’s tracking website using that number.
Import Duties and Taxes Orders shipped outside China may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
